1. Scope of Services

Drich Security provides the following professional services:

  • Retail Security

  • CCTV Surveillance

  • Event Security

  • Treasure Deposits Security

  • Security Consultancy

The specific scope, duration, and location of services will be detailed in the service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Service Engagement and Agreement

  • A formal written contract must be signed before commencement of any service.

  • Clients must provide accurate information concerning the site, expected risks, and relevant details to enable effective service delivery.

  • Additional services outside the original agreement may incur extra charges and require written confirmation.

3. Responsibilities of Drich Security Limited

  • Provide well-trained and vetted personnel in accordance with agreed service terms.

  • Use appropriate equipment and security technology based on service type and client requirements.

  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and operations.

  • Respond to security incidents promptly and report occurrences to the client as required.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

  • Provide safe and appropriate facilities for security personnel on-site (e.g., rest areas, washrooms).

  • Disclose all relevant information necessary for risk assessment and service execution.

  • Treat security personnel with respect and comply with lawful recommendations.

  • Make timely payments as per the agreed invoicing schedule.

5. CCTV Surveillance Services

  • Equipment remains the property of Drich Security unless purchased outright by the client.

  • Surveillance data is confidential and accessible only by authorized parties unless required by law.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring power supply and site accessibility for equipment functionality.

6. Event Security Services

  • Clients must share complete event details at least 7 days before the event.

  • Changes to event schedules or venue must be communicated promptly.

  • Drich Security is not liable for incidents caused by third-party event organizers or attendees.

7. Treasure Deposits Security

  • All valuable items must be accurately declared and documented prior to collection or storage.

  • Insurance for items in transit or storage is the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse transportation or custody of illegal or unverified items.

8. Security Consultancy

  • Reports, assessments, and recommendations provided are confidential and solely for the client’s use.

  • Drich Security will not be held liable for misuse or misapplication of consultancy reports.

  • Implementation of recommendations is at the discretion and responsibility of the client.

9. Payment Terms
